KUWAITI INTERESTS FOR DEVELOPMENT (KSC) HOLDING COMPANY was established in 1994 with a total capital of KWD 5,000,000.  The company’s activities include the ownership of Kuwaiti and non-Kuwaiti companies, the participation in the management of the companies for which they own shares, and the ownership of industrial patent rights.

 

MUSAAD AL SALEH & SONS HOLDING COMPANY was incorporated in 2013 with a total capital of KWD 1,000,000.  The company was founded with the aim of employing the company’s excess funds through financial investment.  Musaad Al-Saleh & Sons Holding Company’s activities include but not limited to the ownership of Kuwaiti and non-Kuwaiti companies and possessing industrial patent rights.
